Refund policy

We offer a refund for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are intact and unopened. If you wish to return an item purchased online, please contact us.

Unfortunately, products purchased in physical stores cannot be returned through our website.

The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

If the original payment method was a gift card, you will receive a new one via email once we process your request.
